HR Legal Assist offers consulting, training, and general advice to Human Resource personnel in small to mid-size firms in an effort to provide a level of comfort in relationships with employees and state and federal regulators.

• Programs designed to give timely legal advice and consultations concerning existing employment laws and practices.
• Assistance in the drafting of employee handbooks and directives.
• Training on the prevention of harassment claims and other potential violations of current state and federal employment laws.
• Advice on efficient management practices and human resources practices.
• Topical newsletters regarding compliance with new laws, regulations, and cases that interpret those laws.

TERMS OF REPRESENTATION

There are several programs ranging from hourly to unlimited advice on a monthly or quarterly basis.

The services will be provided to you, either through on-site/off-site meetings and seminars or via phone/e-mail consultations.

As an initial introduction, a free onsite consultation is offered along with a general assessment of your policies and procedures.
