My name is Malcolm D. Gross.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from California State University Stanislaus and a J.D. from the Laurence Drivon School of Law at Humphrey’s College in Stockton, California.

I have over 18 years of management and supervisory experience in the Food Industry and over 20 years experience as a lawyer representing both employees and employers in labor issues including litigation. For the past five years I have exclusively represented employers.

My general practice has included representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases inclusive of Chapter 11 cases. I also have provided general legal advice to small businesses as well as represented small businesses in litigation.

My publications include a successful appellate case involving the issue of relief for a sexual harassment claim intertwined with workers’ compensation claims. I have given presentations on sexual harassment and the Family Medical Leave Act (Federal and California).

I am a member in good standing with the State Bar of California and a member of the American Bar Association.
